What’s this charge on my account?

Charges will appear as All Good Intentions, LLC, our parent company.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing practices orders may take 7-16 business days to process and ship from the time of your order.  If your order takes more than 4 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

UpSouth Global and HumanOriginal WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

Delivery Failed

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.

I Forgot To Use My Discount Code

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to love your UpSouth Global and Human Original apparel as much as we do!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLYThere are no refunds. 

To exchange, customers must contact our support team at [email protected] for return instructions.

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.

Items must be unworn and in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.)

Original shipping costs will not be refunded and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming).

If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.

Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 days for processing. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please email us with any additional questions at [email protected].

I Can’t Find The Color I Want?

All items that are listed on the website are currently in stock. Limited edition t-shirts and one day sale items are not guaranteed to restock.
